To see all the messages in a thread click the arrow to the left. Messages in a conversation will now appear as a single item in your inbox viewing pane. We suggest selecting Show Messages from Other Folders to include your sent mail as well. You can play around with the Conversation Settings to see what works best for you.
This will group together emails by conversation. In the View tab at the top of the screen, check the Show as Conversations box. Conversation View allows you to view and take action on all emails in a string at once, while Conversation Cleanup helps you save space in your inbox by removing emails with identical text included in replies. Outlook has a couple of tools to help you manage all messages (sent and received) in a conversation together. Materials that may be disposed of without a specific retention period.
